  I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large. The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard with nice furniture and carpets in public areas. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and nice white towels and a champagne bar in the corner. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » We ate at the poolside restaurant and had a nice lunch. The staff were polite and welcoming but a little bit disorganised in the restaurant. The locat - The pool and sea view from the balcony on the 7th floor suite in the annex. Nice staff. Size of the suite. Good breakfast and excellent feijoada for Saturday lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. Historic, charming hotel with an awesome location at the Copacabana Beach.
