  The best location ever to be in Sao Paulo: a few steps walking from Paulista avenue, Mall Patio Paulista and subway stations. EXCELLENT. Services and accommodations are great. - This was probably the best hotel I have stayed in sp. And I have been to many other hotels. This was good value, modern, bright. The room was huge. Breakfast was good.

  The staff were very helpful, spoke English and were friendly. Breakfast was good with a very acceptable range of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, juices and sweets, plus a variable hot option along with omlettes to order.   It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
