  The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   As business travellers the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was a continental which was good. The staff were very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Brussels Central - Our host Linda was excellent & the facilities first class. Also good to stay outside Leuven but have easy 5-10 minute access

  Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. It takes a 600m walk to park your car for free. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. - Ik vond het een super hotel. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far.   The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Nice strong shower, heated floors etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very nice and the waiters pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet.   The proximity to the airport is of course excellent.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.I would prefer it if the hotel had a few ice dispensers around. - Not bad for a quick overnight at the airport - quite comfortable and finally - an iron iron the room!. Wouldn't recommend as a vacation destination.

  The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip.   Very good shuttle to and from the airport. Clean comfortable very quiet rooms with coffee and minibar. Well kept public areas, pool, and garden. As mid range airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. - i was there only for 1 night, 6 hours, but i liked the shuttle bus and the bed, shuttle bus could go more late the last trip

  Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven.
