This was a business trip, so I wanted an easy morning drive to the Doel industrial estate instead of coping with Antwerp city traffic. Lovely accommodation in the grounds of an old farm courtyard. The B & B is in a stylishly converted barn. Very nice place to stay. Very kind and considerate hosts. -

The landlady was very kind to wait for me late in the evening on Saturday. The hotel is a masterpiece, I felt like being back in the past with all this old-fashioned furniture, paintings on the walls. The hotel is situated in belgian village, and this is so charming and recalling staying at grandma's site in childhood.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Angelique respected our request for a large firm bed and was kind enough to change our room after the first night. Good breakfast selection.
Close to motorway connections and plenty of space to park.

The hotel is an attractive, nicely restored mansion that is close to train station ( walk in 15 minutes) and the tram or bus to get to the old city is only a block away. Take tram 4 from the train station if you do not want to walk to the hotel. Get off at the 3rd stop then walk one block.

building was fancy and the rooms are large. The hotel is situated in a
large mansion which used to be a number of things in the past and is

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel on our way to
Austria for a skiing holiday. The excellent food and service gives us a
good feel to the start of our holiday. -
Warm welcome and very comfortable room. We were only a one stop over
on route from Germany to Calais. The restaurant food was superb if a
bit pricey.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. Driving from UK to Germany, Steenhove B&B is located 3 minutes from motorway. Building itself is wonderful, a converted mushroom factory with barrel vaulted ceilings.
Owners were very accommodating & helpful. Small bar in hotel, but no restaurant; however, owner directed me to a great local restaurant 5 minutes drive away.

I have stayed at Ibis hotels many times before. Always a good time, but this time the Hotel really impress. The size of the room, against the normal Ibis network was huge and the staff very pleasant. Congratulations - Location was excellent and the room was very good value.

The staff are excellent. Ask them about the local parking under the Grote Markt. Brilliant! The location was perfect for us to get to Bornem for the Dodentocht (Death March). Evening staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in rooms really helped with hot nights. Very close to good carparking. Excellent breakfast spread and worth the 14€. Thought it was expensive but was well worth it.
