  The staff are excellent. Ask them about the local parking under the Grote Markt. Brilliant! The location was perfect for us to get to Bornem for the Dodentocht (Death March). The rooms are very good value for money, clean, airy, great shower, amazing beds, fresh towels daily, church bells ringing, air con, lots to see, great local bars and cafes a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nd very, very secure. Station not too far either. Perfect all round. - Evening staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in rooms really helped with hot nights. Very close to good carparking. Excellent breakfast spread and worth the 14€. Thought it was expensive but was well worth it.

  Driving from UK to Germany, Steenhove B&B is located 3 minutes from motorway. Building itself is wonderful, a converted mushroom factory with barrel vaulted ceilings. Owners were very accommodating & helpful. Small bar in hotel, but no restaurant; however, owner directed me to a great local restaurant 5 minutes drive away.   This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel on our way to Austria for a skiing holiday. The excellent food and service gives us a good feel to the start of our holiday. - Warm welcome and very comfortable room. We were only a one stop over on route from Germany to Calais. The restaurant food was superb if a bit pricey.

  The landlady was very kind to wait for me late in the evening on Saturday. The hotel is a masterpiece, I felt like being back in the past with all this old-fashioned furniture, paintings on the walls.
