Friendly staff and a very reasonable breakfast. The room was clean and although the view was bad, I would say it was excellent value for money. Bar prices were reasonable. - I booked this hotel due to the price, £63 for a twin room for 2 nights. Couldn't believe the price. Was totally amazed. Excellent hotel, cleanliness, location etc.

The staff was very helpful.
The posision of the hotel was near to werw i wanted to be.
I just stayed for two days so i can't say more but i'll propably come back in the future. - Η πολύ βολική τοποθεσία του και το ιδιαίτερα ήσυχο περιβάλλον του.

Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! - size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. There were not many facilities, but there were compute

The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. - Very good central situation near a main shopping area, great hotel with very comfortable rooms (ensuite bathroom) and great breakfast.

GREAT LOCATION! If you're going to be in Brussels, STAY HERE! Walk to the train station, steps to the square, plenty of restaurants and markets, right in the heart of it all. Very clean, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, great host! Can’t complain one bit. -

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out
the front of the building with a balcony.

space. I liked a lot, that there was no carpet on the floor, very

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.

πλούσιο πρωινό, καλές συνθήκες δωματίου, καθαριότητα - Liked everything and cannot fault a thing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. right there are very few hotels like this in Brussels. -
The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
