The location of the hotel was great- very close to the station, though I
did go out the wrong door and get lost for a while. Oh well! The staff

The hotel is very near to Brussels Central Station . When I reached this station , there are lack of signage in English and no free map is available at station ,which its slight difficult for me to find the hotel location for the first time .
On the second day , we goes around the Brussels Central tourist attraction . It's very convenient because the hotel is located within walking distance to these tourist attraction . You will not get lost when you walk around . Just in case you are lost ,

The staff was very helpful.
The posision of the hotel was near to werw i wanted to be.

When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! - size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

All hotels should be like this. They have the most luxurious bed linen on this plant. Little touches like housekeeping coming in to draw the curtains at dusk make the whole experience memorable. - professional staff, best location
