I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out
the front of the building with a balcony.

This hotel is near from a subway station and offers breakfast and Internet connection free of charge. These are quite nice points. - great location,clean,helpful staff.

GREAT LOCATION! If you're going to be in Brussels, STAY HERE! Walk to the train station, steps to the square, plenty of restaurants and markets, right in the heart of it all. Very clean, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, great host! Can’t complain one bit. -

We were given a room on the 6th floor overlooking the grnd place and wefelt like lucky kings. The breakfast room was on the 7th floor with apanoramic view and good coffee. Who can ask for more? - The location of the hotel was perfect.

Everything. The best hotel we've visited in a long time. Best
location fo touring brussels, a walking distance from all main
atractions and the central train station + a metro station right
beneath. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made
it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very
comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull
staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room
(unless you ask and pay for it) but

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.

right there are very few hotels like this in Brussels. -
The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
