We had oportinity to live one night at this hotel adventitiously. But we'd like to live there some days. Our stay was very comfortable & stylish. Perfecto todo! Absolutely georgeous place to stay! New and very big rooms with all facilities. Didier, the owner really loves what he does in this B & B. You will get the best breakfast ever !! Creps, pain au chocolat, fruits , yogurts, etc etc. all fresh! We loved this place!

This is an incredible place to stay in Brussels. There is only one room for rent here, but what a room. It is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Beautiful property, the decoration inside was stylish and tastefully done and the amount of space was ample. The breakfast was cooked to order and delivered on a tray to my room. The spacious lounge gave me room to work and relax whilst the bed was really comfy with lots of scatter cushions and a TV for entertainment. The location was nice and quiet and I felt secure as there was a police station next door. A ten minute walk away and there were numerous restaurants and bars and the park nearby

A charming 4-floor house from 1850 on the old route to Santiago de Compostela. Renovated in 2000 in a way very similar to how I do-it-yourselfed myself around 1990. Visiting Brussels was a great experience for me and this B&B was a great part of it, the lady who owns the place is so nice and friendly, she makes you really feel like you at home. It was very comfortable and cosy, the breakfast table was great, she helped me out with everything I needed, and I would definitely go there again.

overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the
intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises. The rooms were
capacious and clean. I particularly liked the very large windows which

B&B Josaphat is a true gem! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and there even was a coffeemaker (high quality coffee) and water cooker for tea. Everything. Pascal is the best host you can ever have. He would go out
of his way to book us train tickets, provide us with maps of Brussels
and other cities and always willing to answer all our questions and give
us advice on sights to see.Our room was super nice (King's suite)
and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and included in the price.

Pascal is a great host - nothing is too much trouble but absolutely
not intrusive. He's got the balance just right. His knowledge
and advice made our trip to Brussels a pleasure - we were able to
plan and prioitise our time effectively and had terrific short break
in an city previously unknown to us. Our room was beautifully
decorated in a colonial theme and the B&B is well equipped. Top
marks and good value.
