  Friendly staff and a very reasonable breakfast. The room was clean and although the view was bad, I would say it was excellent value for money. Bar prices were reasonable. - I booked this hotel due to the price, £63 for a twin room for 2 nights. Couldn't believe the price. Was totally amazed. Excellent hotel, cleanliness, location etc.

  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square.   I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. The beds were clean and comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out the front of the building with a balcony.

The location is very good, just a few short blocks from the Grote Markt and Gallery St Hubert. Lots of restaurants, pubs, shops and grocers in the immediate area. Unfortunately, being - Everything. The best hotel we've visited in a long time. Best location fo touring brussels, a walking distance from all main atractions and the central train station + a metro station right beneath. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but
