  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square.   I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. The beds were clean and comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small space, but that didn't really matter to us. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but
