They are good organized.
We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation).
Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! Very well presented guest house and bedroom with a lovely shared living space above. Very comfortable bed and nice hot powerful shower. The host was lovely and gave us plenty of suggestions of places to visit while in Bruges. Location was a short walk from the main square. Breakfast seemed a little expensive but there was a lot of food laid out beautifully and the option to take away food for later in the day.

Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges.
