The staff were excellent, particularly the front desk, they were knowledgeable about local access, e.g. trains, buses, trams, shopping. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.The apartment was very comfortable, down to the heated floor in the bathroom, a spacious shower area and quality fittings.

We liked everything about the hotel: forthcoming and courteous staff, beautifully designed and appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Perfect location. - We had a nice discount, so we stayed in this very luxurious hotel for the price of a 2 or 3 star hotel. Everything was spotless. And the location is supurb!

Good restaurant - excellent meals which you wouldn't guess from the overly modest menu descriptions e.g. fish soup turned out to be a large tureen containing enough for two people! Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. The friendly and comfortable ambience.

I personally only booked rooms for my boss/colleagues to stay sounfortunately did not stay myself. However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' . Would have no hesitation in recommendingthis hotel and they can't wait for the opportunity to return! Superb! -

We stayed here on a one night stop-over on route to Germany. The hotel
reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - a really
charming women. For 10 Euro we got secure parking in the hotel's
private courtyard - very convenient when staying in the centre of town.

Tram station close to hotel. Inexpensive parking. English spoken. Locality of hotel (just off main route) - The tram stop is only 5 minutes walk and €1.2 to the centre and runs till 1am.
