I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

We choose to stay in the Marriott because we could have a one bedroom apartment, it is useful to have a kitchen plus a separate living room for when our toddler is in bed. The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

GREAT LOCATION! If you're going to be in Brussels, STAY HERE! Walk to the train station, steps to the square, plenty of restaurants and markets, right in the heart of it all. Very clean, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, great host! Can’t complain one bit. -

I liked the location, the anonymity and the ease of access. The room was clean, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. The bathroom was very beautifully finished in marble and was attractively designed. -
Mix up meant I did not get code in advance but staff sorted it out in minutes and were very professional.

This location is not a hotel. It is apartment house remote controlled - the room key is placed in a post box, the code has been given by phone. As so it was comfortable, but we have not seen anybody from the staff. -

The apartment was really nice and cozy, brilliantly white and fancy having all the utilities that you want. It was also really close to the center of the town, whether taking the metro, having the metro station just near-by or just taking a walk all the way there. -
