The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type

I intend to stay at the Grand Sablon whenever I happen to be in Brussels. A huge plus was the weekend special, which made it very affordable. Comfortable, spotless, staff very accommodating. Great charm and also calm and quiet. Excellent night's sleep.

It's a great location and the room we had was really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. Nice decor, spotlessly clean, opening windows and very comfortable. Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain. - I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

the people were great service people. elegant decor in the lobby and restaurant. they were freindly to kids, this is great. - It was a slow Saturday, and they gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room ... One of the best beds I had in a long time.

The hotel and the rooms are modern with the proper basic equipment you
would expect in a hotel. The windows are sound proof. The location is
convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two
days only. There is possibility for private parking at the hotel for 10€
per night, or on the street in "Clos du Lynx" behind the hotel

Un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones y muy buen desayuno. A 10 minutos andando del centro de Bruselas. Junto a una estación de metro que te lleva a cualquier punto de Bruselas. - Stunning decor, very comfortable bed,really good food, and free wifi access - a real steal at 86 euro per night

The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).
