The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

All hotels should be like this. They have the most luxurious bed linen on this plant. Little touches like housekeeping coming in to draw the curtains at dusk make the whole experience memorable. - professional staff, best location

Everything! The facilities are really first class for an amazing price. The room rate includes just about everything you'd expect and a whole lot more - such as good food and drinks in the kitchen any time, internet access, car parking, and even bike hire is offered (plus the bikes are good quality bikes!). The rooms are clean, stylish and modern. I think the idea is you can make it homely with your own things during your stay, but the decor is left plain and uncluttered. It is well-positioned for the European Quarter.

Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place.
The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. A welcome decision, which made

The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Brussels, on business, over the years. I have avoided apartment hotels around the world for some time because of generally poor experiences – although it's the kind of environment I enjoy. Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! - size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

The apartment cost no more than a reasonable hotel room price, in the centre of Brussels. An easy 5 mins walk from the Eurostar station, and 20 mins walk from Grand Place (mostly down one straight road). We reserved a studio which turned out to be very nice the 2 guys at the
reception were very polite and very friendly. Its a 10-15 mins walk from
the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city)
the location near brussels-midi station is great
the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-)
