I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so
pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk
reception was very friendly and competent. The rooms were spacious and

Just a block from the train station, it couldn't be easier to get to. The staff was extremely nice - both front desk and breakfast. The room was also very nice with nice linens, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. Being a brand new hotel, this is a great value for the price. - This is a beautiful new hotel with modern stylish decor, excellent value

The room and bathroom were well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the room was surprisingly good. The service was excellent - a birthday cake was produced when the check in staff discovered it was one of our group's birthday. Any items which I ordered from Housekeeping were delivered immediately. -

The hotel was ah-ma-zing!! It was truly wonderful. The trip to Liege was
a surprise for my mom's birthday and before our arrival I contacted
the hotel to inquire about anything extra they did for birthdays. They
gave me a few options and I eventually chose the bottle of champagne.

Room very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing, and there are very good restaurants nearby. The staff is very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was fine: location is very central, maybe 1 km from the
Palace and also near to other sights. I was living alone in the room for
4 people with toilet and shower. Breakfast was normal for such dormitory
- I wouldn't say poor, but the variety wasn't big. Btw, I would
suggest taking the train to the Gare de Liège-Palais instead of walking

The staff are genuine, friendly and helpful. The location is within 10 mins walk from the centre and it was truely value for money.

There was so much to like about this hotel. It was in a peaceful location and looked stunning as we drove up. We were greated by the hotel manager who was super friendly and showed us around the hotel and to our room which was very comfortable and had all the usual facilities.

The hotel was spotless and very tastefully decorated so that you appreciate the old chateau you are in but also enjoy the luxurious modern facilities and rooms. The new restaurant was beautiful and the chef and hotel manager went out of their way to give us a lovely and delicious dining experience - amazing food and great service. The location was lovely, set in the grounds of a golf course and the hotels public rooms make full use of views over the countryside.

Staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as well. staff were really welcoming andfriendly- we stayed with our daughter and husband and baby in a suite and it was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and its near a nice restaurant just at the corner of the street. Our daughter and her family got driven to station by the owners when they requested a taxi to be called!- great service.
