The service was excellent in every area of the hotel , including the
peripheral services such as Hair Salon, Mens barber shop, and taxi
availability from the Hotel. The Ladies Spa was outstanding complete
with indoor pool, steam, dry sauna, jacuzzi, facials, pedicures,

Both my wife and I enjoyed using the spa facilities at the hotel. By using these facilities we were able to stay at the hotel until 6:00 pm (Fri) for checking out which was really helpful. The heated pool and bar adjacent was also very pleasant.

1.Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They were willing to accommodate any request to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
2. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our children.

I do not have enough words of praise for this hotel. Stunning, breathtaking, amazing, without a doubt one of the best hotels I have ever been too. From the amazing staff, to the beautiful surroundings, to the incredible rooms, there is nothing that isn't 5 star plus, plus. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, and luxurious week I have had. Worth every penny! Bahrain is beautiful and should be on the top 10 places to visit in the Middle East by far.

The resort and villa were more then we expected. It was a beautiful, romantic and relaxing weekend. The staff were all excellent and very professional. - The hotel is gorgeus. I loved our villa with an outside jaguzzi and pool. The perfect hotel for privacy and relaxations. Yoga and stretching classes were excellent.

Absolutely spot on.Staff all fantastic and helpful even when the hotel was full. Allowed an early checkin and changed from a double to a single with no hassels. Bar very pleasant with for two single women.Grat breakfast and Japanese Restaurant. - I am a regular visitor to Bahrain and was really impressed to find a good hotel at that price.

I have totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was wonderful everything was just perfect, and the fact it had a restaurant not far from the hotel made dining out very easy and the selection of the restaurant was big and great. Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous.
Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get
back into it.
Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. -

The staff was super, anything you needed or even a kind smile and a chat
to see how you got on. For me the bellboy named shazad was excellent.
Before I got to the hotel we had a long flight. Held up by immigration
for no reason and local moody taxi driver. So I was a bit annoyed but he
soon changed my mood. Her cheered me up, helped me with me set

Everythings was so perfect from billboy to the manager. All staff
memebers were so friendly and greate hospitality. Room was cleaned and
the decure was very nice. Check-in and check-out timing was suitable.the
access to city center mall was excellent. Near to main roads.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, really extraordinary. Location is
excellent. The hotel has the potential to be one of the best in Bahrain.
Free parking available. Spacial rooms (floor 22) with nice view. Good
fitness center and spa. Will be my favourite in the future. -

It is a fantastic place, a newly created hotel concept which is unique.
The staff is great, extremely helpful and going out of their way to make your stay very comfortable, worry-free and relaxing.
Food and bars are superb, best of its kind and with excellent views over the city and sea.
In short, an excellent base for any kind of visit to this

the hotel has a beautiful setup and view very suitable for business people, it will always be better value for money than the rest because the rooms are big and have a fantastic view. yet one should wait until the grand opening after all facilities are made available. restaurant is very good.
