We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern.

it was beautifully decorated with all the modern facilities, very conveniently located..loved it! - The self-serviced apartments were very modern, cleaned daily, had excellent heating considering the Christmas cold, quality bedding, perfect wi-fi connection. Walking distance to Westbahnhof.

Είναι πολύ κονά στο κέντρο της πόλης , η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική , το ξενοδοχείο πολύ άνετο , το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο . Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο είναι ότι έβρισκα οποιαδήποε πληροφορά ήθελα για τα αξιοθέτα και τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη σε όλες τις γλώσσες . Comfortable room, nice bed. Great WiFi (free). About 10 min drive to the airport. Parking on the street opens up about 5pm (workerbees parked there begin to head home about then), if you arrive before then, will need to pay for parking at hotel (9 euro) but very close and well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

Friendly and helpful staff even with late arrival and quirkily characterful wee appartment suite down the road from the hotel. Nice change after corporate chain mediocrity!
