  We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal). c) We recommend to have street-view side of the room ("garden-view" s... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ide is just ordinary backyard). d) There can be some problems with douche-cabin drain (water sometimes overflowed the cabin) - but it was not a proble - Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

Wait staff in the Brasserie were very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.   Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. Close to Matzleinsdorfer Platz station (500 m) with tram and train conections. I recomend buying a dayly ticket to all trasport sistems (metro, tram and tra... τι λέει ο κόσμος » in) 6 € available at the hotel. Breakfast was very rich and tastfull. I recomend the hotel to travelers, who don't mind out of center location and do - Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.
