This apartment had everything - in the heart of Vienna around the corner from the Opera house and the main shopping mall - the apartment was modern and there was a welcoming bottle of wine and fruit for us on our arrival - magnificently set up

Stayed at the Sans Souci in mid-February for three nights.
Overall, an almost excellent stay.
Positives:

I spent a week in Vienna in November with my adult daughter and had a
wonderful stay at the Sans Souci. The staff was terrific. They welcomed
us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our
stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the
location was great. We walked to almost everything, and the u-bahn and
tram were at the doorstep for anyplace else. There are restaurants
nearby; we ate at the hotel-recommended Cafe Biedermeier twice, in fact.

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. I would definately stay there again. -

Nice brand new design hotel, excellent venue equipped with all needs. Free wine and soft drinks in minibar. Coffeehouse on basement with bakery is open for public. When you like modern spacious comfy hotel room absolutely in core of walking/shopping center, this is it.

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. This is a charming place to stay when visiting Vienna. It is located near to the underground (Rochusgasse) and near to center of town (2 stops). The room I had (nr 14) was spacious with terrace , sofas, a separate dressing, bathroom and separate WC. There was no noice at night as the room was in the back of the building. Although I hoped it would be a good place, I never expected it would be
so good. The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, but in
a unbelievably quite street, so nothing will disturb your sleep. My room
was very clean and spacious room with everything important at hand.
Breakfast was very nice, accompnied by Strauss recording, with a
pleasntly moderate choice of food, not too much and everything was very
fresh. I liked it a lot and would recommend tha place to everybody.
