A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. The service, the price, the effective layout of the room and the easy access to utilize the internet. A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

In an expensive city such as Vienna, the hotel Pension Museum is a terrific find. We had obtained a room rate of 99 E. The hotel is well located - a block away from the U-3 subway which is the connector to the airport train...and also a block away from the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Leopold Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art. The location is great, near the wien bahnhof station which is the main
one so it's so convenient to travel around vienna or going outside

The hotel is in a great location; very close to the metro which gives quick and easy access to the rest of the city. We had a refurbished room and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are clean and the breakfast excellent. The price was expensive but, it is competitive for Vienna which is a little on the expensive side anyway. Overall I would certainly stay here again despite 1 or 2 teething problems.

One of the best expeiences we have had amongst all our europe travel. The hotel truly had personalised service and made you feel at home. They never said no to any request. The staff at the desk were very helpful and took care of concert

Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.

All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception.
They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it.
This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country.
The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.

- Close to the Metro (U-Bahn) station (some 200-300 meters), so a little bit shady neighborhood is not a big deal

The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise

Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two
metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz-
U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than
half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really
very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from
the apartment.

Ηταν πολύ καθαρό και σε ήσυχη περιοχή! Για τη τιμή του οι παροχές είναι αρκετά καλές! -
Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, σχετικά κοντά στην στάση metro(Shottenring), 5 λεπτά περίπου με τα πόδια.. Στο κέντρο πηγαίνεις περίπου σε 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
