Each guest room at the Bergland is equipped with its own private balcony with sweeping views of the lake or the surrounding mountains. The décor is cosy and modern, with wooden furniture. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant, which has an outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the lake. The impressive array of wellness facilities on offer includes several saunas, a gym, and an experience shower. The centre of Pertisau is a 5-minute stroll from the building. Within a radius of 200 metres there is an ice skating rink and a ski school.
