  We stayed 5 nights in Gasthaus Falkner. All was excellant ! Mrs.Dorli Falkner is very friendly and nice hostess: She keeps a very nice house with garden,near a river ; with attractive view to the mountains of Tirol & Otztal.   The family who owns this place really takes pride in their hotel and making sure you feel welcomed. We had dinner there and that was fantastic as well. We loved sitting out under the umbrellas and gazing at the beautiful scenery. We booked this place because it is so close to the bus stop, but even with a car, this is a great place to stay! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in!! The food was great and the ice cream even better. The owners do not speak much English but they were very helpful when my friends messed up on the dates.

  The facility hostess was very hospitable and welcoming - The Oetz town and the surronding mountains are beautiful. The skiing was perfect.

We took the half-board deal - the food and the service were excellent. It is located 5 minutes walking from a lovely lake. The price was absolutley fair and I really hope to visit there again!!
