I liked the interior of the hotel and room decoration. The room is large
and bright, each decorated in its own style (judging by the inscriptions
on the front doors). Breakfast, though more expensive than in other
places, but for my taste was great. Huge selection of cheeses, delicious

We were close to the purple line underground and we were to a walking distance of Stephanplatz. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of fruits, good variety of cold meat, cheese, vegetables, jams. Excellent coffees. They would prepare eggs the way you wanted them. They had Viennese pastries, yogurt, juices etc..... The personnel were always smiling and helping you with any request. We asked that they booked restaurants on 2 occasions and we really enjoyed their pick. We would definetely return

Besides we booked executive double room but finally were granted junior suit as it shown on the picture. - The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free.

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 1' λεπτό από τον κεντρικότερο σταθμό του μετρό και δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση σε ότι κι αν ζητήσαμε. All-in-all, a very positive experience. I will stay there again. - I've stayed at Hotel am Stephansplatz a few times now and each stay is being made into a very nice experience due to the very experienced and friendly staff. The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit to Vienna and Hotel am Stephansplatz.

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.
