  All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure.   The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.
