This is a brand new hotel that is built very close to the new Hauptbahnhof of Vienna that is currently under construction. This new design hotel is worth the money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.

The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left
us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was
very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities,
bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I
would recommend 4 only. I got locked out one day as I had forgotten my

All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception.
They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it.
This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country.
The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.

- Very professional and efficient staff.
- Comfortable beds (rather hard mattress which is a blessing for those who like/need it).
- Excellent buffet breakfast (not the American/English variety but still one of the best we had in such hotel category)
- Pretty fast free WiFi Internet with a good coverage
- Close to the Metro (U-Bahn) station (some 200-300 meters), so a little bit shady neighborhood is not a big deal
- Nice choice of International TV channels

The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist
attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well-
trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a
cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room
without knocking. Food is great, although I would consider €21pp for

Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable.
Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.
Best of all was the location...so close to everything.

Everything was great, staff was frienly and kindly answered all my queations. The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the center of Vienna, so I spend a lot of time just Walking around and seeing all historical and architectural sightseengs. The shopping street is also 15 minutes walking from the hotel. -

helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. Location is very convenient. The city center is 10 minutes away by tram and there is a train station around the corner with direct trains from / to the airport. (use regular train, and avoid the CAT, way too expansive !!)
Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly.

Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. Close to Matzleinsdorfer Platz station (500 m) with tram and train conections. I recomend buying a dayly ticket to all trasport sistems (metro, tram and tra

Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.
