Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -

The location is excellent; just a few blocks from St. Stephens and the

We have stayed at many hotels but we always find the Marriott has the most comfortable beds and the surroundings are so opulent.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.
