This is a brand new hotel that is built very close to the new Hauptbahnhof of Vienna that is currently under construction. The staff is superfriendly, the room and the bathroom are very clean and neat, the food is excellent in the bar, the gym is good for a general workout. This new design hotel is worth the money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.

helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Είναι πολύ κονά στο κέντρο της πόλης , η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική , το ξενοδοχείο πολύ άνετο , το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο . Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο είναι ότι έβρισκα οποιαδήποε πληροφορά ήθελα για τα αξιοθέτα και τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη σε όλες τις γλώσσες . Είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό για τους τουρίστες της πόλης. - Πολύ καθαρ

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. There was a nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet and adequate seating for guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.

We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal
was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev).
b) A room was quite spacious and clean.
Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal).
c) We recommend to have street-view side of the room ("garden-view" s

Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very
clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less
than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very
close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended
to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and
there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

Everything was great, staff was frienly and kindly answered all my queations. The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the center of Vienna, so I spend a lot of time just Walking around and seeing all historical and architectural sightseengs. The shopping street is also 15 minutes walking from the hotel. -

Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. Close to Matzleinsdorfer Platz station (500 m) with tram and train conections. I recomend buying a dayly ticket to all trasport sistems (metro, tram and tra

Breakfast was very rich and tastfull.
I recomend the hotel to travelers, who don't mind out of center location and do -
Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.

Not too close to the center of town but only a 10 minute tram ride from the Opera Stop to visit all the sites! Staff were not only courteous but also very helpful and always willing to lend a hand with questions. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was very new, modern and clean. We just loved our room :) Fast free wi-fi was great, too. The hotel is just around the exit of the highway and is located near tram stations, so very good access to the city. It was also great that the hotel has free parking spot, which helped us a lot! I love to stay at this hotel again!

Μας αρεσε το κτηριο,η τοποθεσια οπως επισης και η συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου καθως και το οτι μας εδωσαν τα δωματια πολυ πιο νωρις απο οτι προβλεποταν - Τοπεθεσια, πρωινο, σερβις,χωροι ξενοδοχειου.
