One can hear others in the hallways briefly coming and going but the rooms are other wise quiet. We had obtained a room rate of 99 E. The hotel is well located - a block away from the U-3 subway which is the connector to the airport train...and also a block away from the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Leopold Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art. He started with offering us a free breakfast, because we arrived quite early and our room wasn't ready. Josefstadt is a lovely district just near the centre. It took us around 5 minutes to get to Ringstras - The staff at Pension Wild were so lovely and very helpful. There are lots of boutique/retro shops & small bars closeby and its very centrally located on U3 metro line. The room was extremely comfortable too, large and airy and quiet with an amazingly comfortable bed. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again.

  Of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip to Krakow, Salzburg and Vienna, the Hotel Savoy Garni was our absolutely our favorite! The women behind the front desk when we checked in was warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and graciously answered all of our questions. The underground and city map the - Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel.
