We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Μας αρεσε το κτηριο,η τοποθεσια οπως επισης και η συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου καθως και το οτι μας εδωσαν τα δωματια πολυ πιο νωρις απο οτι προβλεποταν - Τοπεθεσια, πρωινο, σερβις,χωροι ξενοδοχειου.

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern.
The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly

Amazing quality, the rooms are very modern and practical, loved the dog menu, it's very rare that a hotel is paying such an attention for animals, have highlight the breathtaking view of the whole city from the 18 th floor restaurant perfect by night just as a pleasant morning breakfast

Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία , μπορούσαμε να πάμε όπου θέλουμε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και επίσης είχε και σταθμό μετρό στα 5 λεπτά . -

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)

The staff were very caring. The location is very good and the hotel had very good standards. The breakfast was very good - The hotel staff was really gentle and professional. The hotel is on the famous city Ring in a very elegant place.

it was beautifully decorated with all the modern facilities, very conveniently located..loved it! - The self-serviced apartments were very modern, cleaned daily, had excellent heating considering the Christmas cold, quality bedding, perfect wi-fi connection. Walking distance to Westbahnhof.

This hotel is a great value for your money. It's about a 10 minute taxi ride to Vienna's old town, but totally worth it since we got a lot more space for a better price than we would have had closer to city center. μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι με την επιλογή που κάναμε αναφορικά με το
