  This hotel stands in an excellent location. We highly recommentd this hotel for those wishing to stay in a central location in Salzburg. The staff, facilities and cleanliness were excellent and we shall certainly recommend this hotel to friends.   The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   The family room was very spacious and clean. Even though the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, the staff very happily helped with our luggage. The breakfast was absolutely great with wonderful options for all our various likes and dislikes. - Staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English which was a lovely bonus.
