From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. Our room lived up to expectation and the best hotel breakfast we have had in a very long time. I would recommend the Bristol and would stay again.

This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable.
I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.

όταν έφθασα δεν είχε δίκληνο και το αναβαθμήσανε σε σουίτα . ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή. - Hotel was very nice, I enjoyed the fitness area, but would like biggerswimmingpool...And I enjoyed my room very much and the bath tub! - the cleaning, the non-smoking floors, the quality of the room, the excellence on the staff and the courtesy of the reception.

Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

Rooms were really clean and comfortable, even if one had a really small bathroom. It's a bit far from the centre of the city, but there are a lot of bus and it's easy to get everywhere.Staff really kind and great breakfast!
