Location could not be better. One minute to St. Stephen's cathedral
and Kartner St., Yet away from the shopping hustle. The historic
building has a lot of character and feels very unique. I loved the
atrium with the winter garden. The hotel feels private and comfortable.
Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts,
pastries, cereals, 3 types of egg dishes and even goulash soup, if
that's your preference. They also make great expresso for no

Besides we booked executive double room but finally were granted junior suit as it shown on the picture. - The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free.

When booking I asked for a nice room as it was our anniversary. We weren't disappointed. They gave us a beautifully furnished, spacious room with a love sitting area and the staff had left a little bottle of Sekt and two flutes on the table with a note wishing us many happy returns. Our apartment was huge. Too
big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.

The location was absolutely perfect, just off a small street but only a few minutes' walk from Stephansplatz. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very secure. The location was not far from the undergroubd train, supermatkets, bakery & restaurants. The cooperation by Mr. Joren from the Luxury Apartment Vienna, who left our key cards in an envelop, and when we reached the building I called him and he gave me the entrance code.

Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia??
