Great service from the hotel staff, nice fitness room (with TV), comfortable apartment with a pretty well equipped kitchenette, very nice lounge with a library, a PC, coffe machine, TV and sofas, and a supermarket by the hotel door. - Very convenient location with super staff. Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :)

Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...

We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone. There it was pleasant to us. Cleaning was carried out in time. Service personnel friendly and attentive. The hotel is located near the subway Karlplats in the down

The location is awesome, near Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt. It has a
kitchenette, so you don't have to go out to eat for every single
meal. The breakfast buffet is standard for Europe, which means it's
quite good. The coffee was particularly tasty!

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία , μπορούσαμε να πάμε όπου θέλουμε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και επίσης είχε και σταθμό μετρό στα 5 λεπτά . -

the canal, the hotel quiet, very pleasant staff, the kitchen has

the hotel is near trams and Metro, beautiful view from the window (8th
floor), internet in the room worked. There is a dishwasher, iron,

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)
