Everything, I am going back on september 21st for 2 more nights. Iwould desperately like to stay there 3 additional nights the18th,19th and 20th. - This hotel was simply great. Very clean room and nice decor.

Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :)

Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...

We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

Great hotel, quiet, nice view, friendly but not overwhelming staff. One night we asked for some ice from the bar and the bartender working gave us an entire cup full. Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία , μπορούσαμε να πάμε όπου θέλουμε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και επίσης είχε και σταθμό μετρό στα 5 λεπτά . -

floor), internet in the room worked. There is a dishwasher, iron,

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή θέση κοντά στο μετρό. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και υπέροχο πρωινό. Η ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση δίνει ένα ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα στο χώρο . Η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε προβλήματα -
φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, άνετο δωμάτιο και πλούσιο πρωινό.

Η εγγύτητα με το κέντρο της πόλης και η καλη σχέση ποιότητας/τιμή - Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! Bar is open late and staff is very helpful and friendly
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . - They were minor renovations going on but did not affect my stay. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with travel plans and directions. Even though the furniture seems a little dated, it's well-maintained and clean. Great hotel, spacious, wonderful location.

The staff were very caring. The location is very good and the hotel had very good standards. The breakfast was very good - The hotel staff was really gentle and professional. The hotel is on the famous city Ring in a very elegant place.

Rooms were huge with a full bathtub, a bar area, couch and chair.Everything was spacious and comfortable and for a great price. Hotelstaff was friendly and helpful. Spoke English. Easy to get to from theairport via train. - The conveniance of being in the City Centre, value for the cost and mostly having a mini suite like most NH, my personal favor

The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist
attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well-
trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a
cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room
without knocking. Food is great, although I would consider €21pp for
breakf

Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable.
Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.
Best of all was the location...so close to everything.

Ηταν ολα τέλεια ,ειλικρινα εντυπωσιαστηκα απο ολα ,καθαριοτητα ,προσωπικο,θεση τοθ ξενοδοχειου,10 λεπτα με τα ποδια στο κεντρο,εκτος αυτου ο σταθμος metro Nestroy απεχει 200 μετρα απο το ξενοδοχειο,Ταξιδευω συχνα στην κεντρικη Ευρωπη και παντα μενω σε 4 αστερων ξενοδοχεια ,αυτο ηταν το best !!!aaa και πολυ καλο και πλουσιο πρωινο. - I was there dur

Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station . You can get skywards points . - Good location in the very center of the city. New hotel with good design inside and outside, new furniture and new equipment in the rooms. Very kind staff. Splendid restaurant. We have a marvellous stay.
