  Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free.

The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. She found and lit scented candles , opened windows etc. This was very impressive customer service. Apparently, the hotel has only 2 non-smoking rooms and it is impossible to police . - I really enjoyed my stay at the Aviano Pension. The location is excellent as well as the staff. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - We were provided with an early checkin at 9am, the room upgrade was highly appreciated, well informed and courteous staff, excellent room with Nespresso machines, Molton and Brown toiletories. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.
