We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - We were provided with an early checkin at 9am, the room upgrade was highly appreciated, well informed and courteous staff, excellent room with Nespresso machines, Molton and Brown toiletories. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.

The service,the staff,the cleanliness.The atmosphere at the restorante was so good and the food so delicious.The music was perfect congratulations to the man! - What makes all looking exceptional for me is the “high level atmosphere” that is coming out from all that is surrounding you in the moment that you step in the lobby.

All-in-all, a very positive experience. I will stay there again. - I've stayed at Hotel am Stephansplatz a few times now and each stay is being made into a very nice experience due to the very experienced and friendly staff. The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit to Vienna and Hotel am Stephansplatz.

Μας αρεσε το κτηριο,η τοποθεσια οπως επισης και η συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου καθως και το οτι μας εδωσαν τα δωματια πολυ πιο νωρις απο οτι προβλεποταν - Τοπεθεσια, πρωινο, σερβις,χωροι ξενοδοχειου.

Rooms were huge with a full bathtub, a bar area, couch and chair.Everything was spacious and comfortable and for a great price. Hotelstaff was friendly and helpful. Spoke English. Everything was great, staff was frienly and kindly answered all my queations. The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the center of Vienna, so I spend a lot of time just Walking around and seeing all historical and architectural sightseengs. The shopping street is also 15 minutes walking from the hotel. -

The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.
