All-in-all, a very positive experience. I will stay there again. - I've stayed at Hotel am Stephansplatz a few times now and each stay is being made into a very nice experience due to the very experienced and friendly staff. The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit to Vienna and Hotel am Stephansplatz.

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. The luxury and comfort with excellent staff who make you feel welcome in this beautiful hotel will always draw me back on my visits to Vienna.

Great service from the hotel staff, nice fitness room (with TV), comfortable apartment with a pretty well equipped kitchenette, very nice lounge with a library, a PC, coffe machine, TV and sofas, and a supermarket by the hotel door. - Very convenient location with super staff. We was in Vienna 4 days in June. It was a truly beautiful designer apartment. It far exceeded my expectations - everything detail was perect, from the fresh coffee and leaf tea available to use to the bottle of champagne in the fridge to the toiletries. I wanted to stay longer.
