Staff was very friendly, and although I accidentaly booked a single room, they were very understanding and helpful in changing it to double.
Breakfast was on the table before the official start time of 7:30 to accomodate our early departure to the airport; it was delicious, with great selection of could cuts, cheeses and pastries and freshly squee

The hotel was very quiet and I would recommend it to anyone. -
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. The restaurant is really excellent. As I have limited mobility, the staff was most helpful in carrying bags up one flight of stairs. Only 15 minutes to airport.

Not too close to the center of town but only a 10 minute tram ride from the Opera Stop to visit all the sites! Staff were not only courteous but also very helpful and always willing to lend a hand with questions. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was very new, modern and clean. We just loved our room :) Fast free wi-fi was great, too. The hotel is just around the exit of the highway and is located near tram stations, so very good access to the city. It was also great that the hotel has free parking spot, which helped us a lot! I love to stay at this hotel again!

Comfortable room, nice bed. Great WiFi (free). About 10 min drive to the airport. Parking on the street opens up about 5pm (workerbees parked there begin to head home about then), if you arrive before then, will need to pay for parking at hotel (9 euro) but very close and well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal
was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev).
b) A room was quite spacious and clean.
Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal).

close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended
to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and
there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. There was a nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet and adequate seating for guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.

It turned out to be not a hotelroom but a very old style Vienna house with definitely 4+ star appartments located perfectly in Vienna (if you like to wake up without any traffic) and be nearby the centre. - Very Good Location and Very Close to The City Center I would Recomend to any Travel to Wiena to Stay In This Very Comfort Hotel Staf Very Frain
