We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Location of hotel was great - only 500m from Circular Quay and about 5min walk to Opera House. My fiance and I will definitely be coming back to the

The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney.
We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

right on top of darling harbour where you could find many places to eat plus only a short walk to town hall station and buses it was good to have a washing machine and tumble dryer to use as we had been on a cruise for 3 weeks prior to arriving in sydney and needed to do some washing -

At last Sydney has a hotel connected to the International terminal for overnight stays when international connections are the next day. Sound proofing is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. The convenience of the hotel to both international and domestic airports is fantastic. We were delayed a day by a cancelled flight due to a typhoon in Hong Kong, and the staff changed our booking without fuss, and were extremely helpful re our flight home, which also had been changed. I thought the room was very cleverly designed, with powerpoints, mirrors etc well placed. Extremely appropriate for an overnight stay in between flights.

The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view. The location is fabulous. Beautiful view. The hotel is positioned almost on top of North Sydney railway station which is very convenient - we weren't disturbed by the odd rumble of a train passing outside. We stayed in a double room with a harbour view on the 12th floor. Staff were efficient and friendly. Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

Very pleasant Airport hotel less than 15 minutes to the International or
Domestic Terminals. Large, clean rooms with super comfy beds and all
standard amenities. Nice pool area adjacent to an excellent gym. The
pool is not heated but this would not be a problem in summer.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect

Friendly staff, good service. Surprise upgrade to a loft penthouse after they were not able to put my family and our friends on same floor of hotel. Really close to entertainment centre, darling harbour and capital theatre. Right next door to central station. Rooms very clean. -
