The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was just magnificent - the room, the cleanliness, the views, everything!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!! Thanks for the wonderful experience!! -

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

Cleaning staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior apartment after a mix up between the letsbookhotel.com booking and how the hotel had received the booking. The hotel staff were very prompt in resolving the issue. -

Its location - Your willingness to allow us to book into our room immediately on arrival even though it was only 8.30am on the day. We had come off a long flight and we appreciated this flexibility on your part. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there. As we see it, a little blip is nothing when everyone is pulling together to be their best

i like sydney who could not, the hotel desk staff could not be more helpful we arrive very early and they found a room for us straight away after a long flight this was much appreciated thank you holiday in staff for a wonderful stay in sydney. ps insted of the 4 days we booked we stayed 8 i think that show how much we enjoyed the stay

Location; size (boutique); set-out (would love to try a room with a view); breakfast; bar facilities and library/lounge. Being able to walk in and out and return after 10 PM without having to unlock/access entry.

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. The bedroom was adequate and the ensuite was a decent size. The shower was large. The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. The staff were very helpful and willing to help with anything requested of them. There wasn't much street noise even though there are restaurants and pubs all arou

Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. We would not think twice

Location,location,location.
For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

Food and bar service was excellent;
Parking was good and easy;
Room was well maintained, well presented and clean; and
Although building work was being carried out around and within the hotel this was well controlled and safe.. with staircases being roped off to ensure clientele safety.. All in all.. I would recommend

Was sorry that I could not stay another night but had committments at
