Good communication with staff from time of booking through to vacating, very accomodating on a couple of requests i made. Apartment spacious and clean and did not lack for anything required.

Had a great stay here. The room was really nice and bright. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was a great bonus for hot days. The hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants and is only a 10 minute walk from kings cross station which will get you to the city centre. We didnt pay extra for the room with a bridge view but the girl at the desk gave us the keys to the roof which has some of the best views in sydney. Stunning views of the harbour and opera house. Go

The room was small but was always kept very clean. The hotel is in a quite location and it is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which was very handy. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

Staff were great. Very helpful. Rooms were basic but all you need was

across. A bit far from circular quay but next to free shuttle bus
service. Arrive quite early but staff manage to get me in my room which
was amazing after a 15hrs flight. Clean room and bathroom.was able to

Location, location, location. A 2 minute walk to the King street Wharf and access to great walks, bars, café and nightlife along the waterfront of Darling Harbour. Even though there were busy roads all around the glass windows are sound proof so the room was very quiet. -

your staff were very helpful and friendly we found the few days we stayed great , I know you are doing renovations at the moment and if people can actually survive the shock of walking through the front door not from anything visual but just the noise I'm sure they would be more than happy with there stay especially as we did and closeness to Sydn

I stayed here only one night but found the hotel quite satisfactory. It is close to the airport and van service - both to and from - was convenient and reliable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

I usually stay here when I visit Sydney. It's right in the heart of the CBD and very cheap. Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)

I made a wrong booking for a day too late and the hotel was full for the night, but the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and found me a room that someone else missed a flight for. She totally made my day.
Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside.
My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. I ended up having to take a taxi that cost $15 to the hotel.
Shuttlebus back to the airport is availab
