  Location suited our purpose for trip - ie Wedding reception at Manly Golf Club. Wonderful location for Manly beach (2 min walk) & close enough to walk to all Manly' s facilities Friendly staff, clean but older facilities, suited our requirements well. - We were part of a four room group who attended a wedding at The Kiosk.   Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room.   My partner and myself booked the shuttle bus for the following morning and accidently left our tickets in the room. We told the shuttle bus driver we just needed to grab a copy from the reception desk just inside. Rather than putting our bags into the bus whilst I ran inside the driver argued with my partner and said he "didnt have time for this" ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and drove away as I was running back out the front, leaving me and my partner there in need of transport to the airport. My partner and I went inside - My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded. From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing. The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers. The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

  I was very impressed I could book in at 11am and out my luggage in. Then my daughter snd i could get straight yo the royal easter show .Parking was very convenient. Bed was so comfortable. Have since recommended ibis to many people - We chose Ibid as it was nice and close to the stadium.
