The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

Good communication with staff from time of booking through to vacating, very accomodating on a couple of requests i made. Apartment spacious and clean and did not lack for anything required.

The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. The staff were very friendly but not in that it's my job kind of friendly. The location was central to everything. Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early.
Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very
very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other
post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in
the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would
choose again.

Staff were exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around the city, and plenty of good attractions nearby. Excellent value for money, and terrific staff (couldn't be friendlier or more helpful). Rooms are fine---clean and rather basic--but there's so much to do in sydney that you probably won't spend much time in you

Modern rooms, very clean.
Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily.
Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel

The cot the hotel provided for our 14 mo son was fine. He slept in it without complaint.

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

The facilities in the room operated really good.
The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.
The staff I had contact with were all pleasant and helpful.
The Motel was close to Sydney Terminal Railway Station which was good for me as I had an early train to catch. - The size and comfort of the room and bathroom facilities.

The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). We arrived at the hotel and saw the stairs and thought "Oh No", but reception immediately said they would bring our bags up for us. We were really grateful. Same thing in the morning. I made a wrong booking for a day too late and the hotel was full for the night, but the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and found me a room that someone else missed a flight for. She totally made my day.
Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside.
My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. I ended up having to take a taxi that cost $15 to the hotel.

We really loved staying at Regents Court. We stayed for a full week on a girls' holiday and both the staff and accommodations were excellent. John was particularly helpful and assisted us promptly with whatever we needed. Our room was large and clean - we really enjoyed the full kitchen and dining area. The fact that Regent Court Hotel is in the Red-Light district does not mean you could not get your rest. We have heard tourists complaining about the noise generated from Disco for those who stayed at Holiday Inn and Mecure Hotel located at the tip of the King Cross. Its like a quiet corner in the mid of all activities and yet, away from the crowd.
Food are easily accessible and there is one particular Japanese Food known as Busshari @ 119 Macleay Street where food is authentic and great with r

Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)
