Spacious, some motels have no room to even walk around the bed, there was plenty here.
BIg Space with sofa, tables and chairs.
Bed and pillow is comfortable.
Refrigerator, Microwave oven and meal utensils so you can make your own food.
The hotel allows late check in and storage of luggage after check out. The staff are helpful.

The owner/staff was very accommodating and helpful. He did not look cheerful but still was a very nice guy.
The place seemed a bit outdated but you get what you pay for.
The Service was friendly, the room was cosy and clean and great for the time we were there, could of stayed longer. Would stay again for sure.

We loved the spa in the room and the proximity to the beautiful
Mornington Peninsular coastline. Perfect spot for a romantic picnic as
the sun sets. The place was nice and tidy and they provided milk for
coffee etc.

I was told it was close to geelong (50km through your website. Only after my booking and travel from Adelaide I was very disappointed.

The pillows were awful, very uncomfortable and the whole bed squeaked
all night! Everything needs an upgrade but for what you pay, we were
happy!! Hot water system outside our room sounded like a plane taking

it was more suited for back packers. rather shabby paint work.
