The Parmelia Hilton Perth was AMAZING!!!!
It was defiantly one of the most classiest places i have ever stayed at.
The service was really well done, staff were really helpful and in room service was spectacular!

We had a wonderful time at theParmelia, the staff were fantastic. We were gven an upgrade to a suite, it was our 48th wedding anniversary and they gave us complimentary champagne. We would certainly reccommend this fantastic hotel to everyoneVery close and central to everything, walking distance to the malls, very relaxing best beds we have ever slept in and fantastic pillows. highly recommended.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Clean

our room was lovely.....it was clean, roomy & had everything we needed for our whole family....the kids really enjoyed being able to use the pool and tennis courts while we could watch them from our apartment...the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned half way through our stay which was a lovely surprise !..... will definitely be back and recommend to others !

Stylishly refurbished and modern with a very comfortable King size bed. Bathroom was lovely with a nice strong shower spray. I was very impressed with this motel, and the excellent value for money. Everything looked brand new, and was very clean. Free parking was wonderful. And there were lots of milks in the fridge!!! Enough to have more than one

Spotless, great pool, quiet considering we were on corner of highway, beds were crispy clean and changed every day, heaps of room to move in the room and lovely shower/bathroom. It was lovely to invite friends back for a relax by the pool instead of always driving to their places. Will definitely be back, thank you.

The lady on the front desk as we checked in was amazing we were travelling from the UK so had a lot of questions and she could answer all and if she didnt know something ask a member of staff and came straight back to us with the answer also the manager allowed us to keep the car on site to save parking fines on the day we checked out awesome serv

For someone who wants to be near Kings Park and just a little distance away from city, Sullivans is truly a great location.
Our room is cleaned daily and the staffs are really helpful in providing helpful information; directing my husband and I to take the (free) Blue Cat bus to go to Woollies (Woolworths) instead of driving and having to pay parking fees.

Can not believe how helpful and courteous the staff were --- all of them with no exception --- location is unbelievable walking distance from anything you may wish to go to and the room amenities were very good --- would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. -

You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated. Your staff were courteous and friendly at all times.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Receptionist was so good at her job I advised the owner to ensure they strive to retain her as a member of staff. It was a very good stroll to the city centre if you enjoy a walk otherwise the free bus service was available at the front entrance. -

The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! I believe her name was kirsten or maybe something similar , she deserves an enormous amount of credit because she really knew her information regarding the menu plus she made us some of the most delicious cocktails I've ever

It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

Concierge service. Particularly a gentleman named Alain who was always so hospitable, friendly and went out of his way to ensure everything was great for our stay. Enjoyed the valet service.
I forgot my wallet with all my money and cards in it and it was found be Concierge exactly where I thought I left it. The hotel staff went out of their way

The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

Fantastic location with extensive Marina and restaurants in walking distance. Also great beach walking track and beach itself. Very good restaurant opposite complex. Clean and modern with easy access to rooms. Right on beachfront so good views from some rooms. Continental breakfast included . -

Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

Loved the bed, is divinely comfortable.
Bathroom is big and shower is fantastic for pressure and heat with the option of a luxurious soak in the bath.

We arrived on a busy Friday prior to check in time. The staff directed us to a suitable location where we could have a nice lunch and then phoned us when the room was ready(prior to check in time). After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

Great location - walk to Kings Park , Jacobs ladder and over overpass straight into the city and Barrack st and ferries or Hay and Murray st Malls.
While flat is close to freeway still very quiet and private .
Good cafe on ground floor frequented by locals .
And they provide free off street parking - a rarity on Perth .

Reception staff who understand that they are working in the hospitality business.The girl on reception had stayed back because we were late checking in and she greeted us outside to ensure that we gained access even though we had instructions to do it.Thank you ...it was after 6.00pm and a long flight.
