Boasting a bar, a restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool, Toorak Lodge is just 5 minutes’ walk from the Swan River. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free cable TV. Free parking is available on site. Toorak Lodge Perth is 3 minutes’ drive from Burswood Casino and 5 minutes' drive from Ascot Racecourse. Perth Airport and Perth's city centre are both within 15 minutes' drive. There is a bus stop directly outside the front entrance. All rooms include a wardrobe, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Guest laundry facilities are also provided. Coachman Restaurant is open for breakfast daily and dinner from Monday to Friday. It offers a wide range of Western Australian wines.

Not too far from airport, nice and clean. Didn't order breakfast but was able to order the next morning and it came quickly to my room. Perfect location near the airport and adequate, clean facilities for a brief overnight stay which suited our purposes. Friendly and very helpful staff; location; availability of parking; large room; price; very clean. Cost of room especially as were only there from 9pm-9am. Clean, location was ideal.

Peaceful & quiet would stay there again next time we visit Perth. everything was good would stay there again for sure and recommend. The food was very nice. The staff were very helpful. Is run down and the people who stays there are definitely from v diverse background. You just don't feel safe in the hotel. The reception desk is helpful though but the condition of the hotel should be stated clearly. The good side was it was close to the airport. That I was able to book it late and easily. proximity to the airport, easy check in. The location and reasonable price. Friendly staff, good location. location and service was good. The motel is a bit tired & needs refurbishment; drunks at 0300 in the morning; lack of GPO's in the room (only one outlet). Parking seemed tight in court yard. Difficult parking. No toaster. My hot breakfast was cold when delivered to my room. Nothing. Lack of potted shrubs n plants easily located around the pool area. Pool closed at 6pm. Nothing. Staff poor English, door needed better locks for safety. Wi-fi expencive enough, not breakfast included. Carpets in the last room was a bit grubby and need a good shampo. Seeing prostitutes arrive and come into the motel. Dirty pillows under clean pillowcase. They should have removable pillow covers that get washed too. Need decafe coffee sachets. Gardens lacking care out back of rooms, poor parking, cigarette burns in bed covers, loud squealing noise everytime the room next door turned on the tap. The room could use a basic side board where you can make a coffee or some toast for a quick meal. Making it on the fridge was more 1 or 2 star. One lady at the counter, isn't nice at all. No smile, no help from her. It looks like that you are annoying her when you book in?out or ask questions. She shouldn't do this job, if she's not happy to do it. I wanted to book another night in this place for my family. But because of her, it'll be in a different place. the staff hardly spoke a word and were in no way "welcoming" on the second night we had a group of drunks next door who were arguing into the wee hours. Unhelpful staff member at check-out didn't bother to call the taxi i had arranged the night before, i had to stand outside in the cold as the 24hr office was locked and the staff member would only speak to me through the window, i asked him twice over a 10 minute period to follow up the taxi and both times he picked the phone up and held it to his ear for less than 5 seconds then hung up, i ended up having to walk down the road and flag one down. Clean but old bedding, the queen bed base was broken on one side, no plug for basin, no info on services for motel. The motel is very tired. The room facilites are very basic, The access for parking is difficult. A noisy group of Africans kept us awake till 4am No action taken by management to quieten the noise would not stay there again. No plates cutlery to eat meals in room. Electric jug would not fit under only tap in room. Had to be filled with cup. No outside phone line. Directed to go up the road to phone booth to make phone call to taxi. Raining at time. Then no phone book in booth to get number. Staff also unhelpful in regards to bus services. restaurant. The colour of the building. Amenities poor, internet access not available. Beds were Rock Hard. Getting ripped off. They took $50 out of our account because they said we took their key. We did not take the key. It was left there. If we had the key for $50 of course we would send it back. Blatant rip off. Great location,BUT rooms 108 upwards are subject to noisy refrigerator at night time. Bed was rock hard. There was this horrible noise, like a air compressor that turned on from night till morning. It got very annoying & hard to fall asleep. To close to highway traffic noise bad . See above. Service was not good at all, could not get a meal / food when I arrived at around the 2130pm, only food they had there was 2 minute rice noodles. Not in good condition. Cleanliness wasn't the best. Not very happy with the quality given the price paid. The staff can barely understand english and were most unhelpful when i found that i had left behind some jewellery. The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The curtains were disgusting in the room we stayed.there were really dirty. The guy who was at the reception the night we checked in did not welcome us. The moment we entered the reception we were greeted by this words....WE Are fully booked he didn't even bother to ask us if we have reservation yet I did a booking online.He didn't even great us. You have poor reception services. 1) Premises are very tired. Old, dirty and detached carpets. 2) No remote for AC. 3) No ironing gear in the room. 4) At night in some of neighboring rooms was loud arguing, nobody seamed to attend from the Motel management. 5) In most of the hotels Wi-Fi would be available for Free, in Toorak they charge hourly rete for that. it was super dirty. dust 1 cm thick on the floor near the beds! super cheap motel - furniture painted white! internet did not work in my room - i had to bring my laptop in the lobby!!! I slept dressed thinking there may be bed bugs. PAY MORE AND STAY OTHER PLACES NEAR BY. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The noise from other travellers was disgusting. The room smelled of cigarettes. Towels are worn. A bit cell-like with no view,except of a wall!Not a place I would like to stay in again.The info said there was a restaurant but it looked deserted.Cafe/bar in reception not very appealing. Asian receptionist and hospitality quite rude and argumentative. No hair dryer. First room bed king size next booking was for queen room the bed was only a double. to much noise and drunks. Very basic room , not enough coffee milk , dirty towel left in bathroom can spent same amout of money in Perth for a better quality hotel.
