Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The pool was lovely and warm even on a cold winters day and the location was beautiful with access to great restaurants. We liked the books for a gold coin donation option. The shower in our room was amazing.

The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location. Fantastic experience, right from check-in. Our room was beyond our expectations - spacious, bright and relaxing, with a balcony over the water. All staff were friendly and courteous. The location must be one of the best in Perth: overlooking a beautifully peaceful river inlet, but right on the free bus route. Very friendly and efficient, handy to my business needs and restaurants,clean , comfortable. I loved the book "exchange " in the lobby - what a great idea (it's a gold coin to charity to get a book). location, views from window, choice of local eating places. quick maint.service to adjust c/ht. hand set. Help with flight check in etc. room spotless. Easy Access to cbd, free bus transport, quiet and if you ;ove to run/jog then this is the place for you. wonderful and great staff. She called to kick us out our room even though we had been granted a late check out. There was no doona cover on our doona which was disgusting. When we told the same girl she didn't offer any compensation.There was no bath in our room but the amazing shower made up for it. Parking is too pricey. The doorbell to enter our room section did not work. The only problem I had was getting back to the Apartments on a Friday Night. The bus and train both stop running after 11.35pm and I found it difficult to flag down a taxi. I ended up walking back which while interesting was a long way. No daily housekeeping, but third day is usually fine anyway. Like nearly all hotels, the lighting for reading in bed is not good. (however, there was a lamp available to move over, which was a perfect). The restaurants on the riverside are very handy, but I was surprised how noisy a Monday business lunch was. Some people may find it annoying at night. shower screen edge difficult to see, need an edging strip or stick on fish etc. Wifi is not included We had a beautiful harbor view but other apartments can have street view. Lack of car parking for guests. Room Service had finished the day we arrived, unable to have breakfast delivered to the room!. Broken couch, fridge didn't close properly because of the cupboard it was installed in,salt couldn't be topped up by housekeeping when empty. The pillows were too hard. Parking expensive should be inclusive . Check your parking options carefully. Not being able to get a car space. Gym is very basic with only limited cardio machines! Walks are very thin so sound travels. The KEEP FIT class outside the hotel at around 6:00 the guy shouting instructions at his class at they used the steps for thier exercise. soiled bed sheets. staff not resolving problem. Lack of information available about car parking nearby. When discussing our need for car parking with reception staff they failed to tell us there were two commercial car parks within one block of the motel. Our room was directly above a restaurant strip. It was very noisy and the noise continued until 3am on Saturday night. There was only one arm chair in a room clearly designed for a couple. Room was only serviced every 3 days. The room & facilities were very tired. It needs upgrading badly. Having to pay $26 per day for parking was an insult, the not advised credit card surcharge was the clincher. We will NOT return!. lack of parking - misleading website info lack of dining on premises had to go for breakfast elsewhere very confusing and difficult access to 3rd floor (first in fact from reception area) door card working occasionally only.
