I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. The room and guesthouse were luxurious and the location superb. Shane was extremely accommodating, the atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated. Easily the best place I stayed for the price in my trip around Australia! I could not reccomend it more.
- Paul is super helpful in coming up with ideas of things to do and see in Melbourne, really listening to your needs

You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

The hotel was very trendy, with unique artwork hung everywhere and anywhere. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. I honestly can not remember the last time I had such a good sleep in a hotel. Definitely what I needed!
